Following a joint resolution between the British Prime Minister in conjunction with United States Government, World Bank and United Nations,As a result of the emerging global economic recession and its consequent financial effect, this is to let you know that an irrevocable payment approval order with Release Code: GEN/870/04/012 has been issued in your favour for your contract entitlement/award winning to be released to you through the Standard Chartered Bank in UK.
Due to the numerous fraudulent activities by some government officials here, we have resolved to implement the use of International Swift ATM Card for the release of your payment which will be issued by our bank in your favour.
In this payment scheme, your payment will be credited into an International Swift ATM Card account which will enable you either to make withdrawals at any cash point or at any Standard Chartered Bank branch close to you. This is the Standard Chartered Bank new working initiative, which was put in place to curb the incessant incidents of fraud. However for the purpose of proper verification among other relevant information, it is imperative that you supply us with the following requirements;
1. Your full names as would appear on your card.
2. Full address safe for the delivery of your card
3. Any proof of identification
4. Phone and Fax number
NOTE: a letter have been filed to the Government that all outstanding payments must be Paid on OR before 9TH,of NOVEBER 2012, for AUDITING in order to move to the next category which might leads to recalling of funds back to the Bank Treasury.
Note However, that you are to appear before us here in London within Five Banking Days to finalize your accreditation modalities with our bank and the board of directors where we shall hand over your International Swift ATM Card to you in person.
But in a case where by you can not travel due to time factor,Please do confirm that you will take responsibility for the cost of delivery , so that the bank will know how to proceed with your payment file. Please be informed that the delivery will be made to your residential address in 48 hours (2 days) upon confirmation of your payment for delivery, as you know that the delivery fee receipt will also be attached on your payment delivery documents to avoid your package being delayed by customs.
In line with the above, we wish to let you know that the total amount approved in your favour is a part payment of US$915,810.00 USD (Nine Hundred and Fifteen Thousand, Eight Hundred and Ten USD Only); the total sum will be lodged into your debit card account in a one time payment. The daily withdrawal limit is US$5,000. You are expected to forward your claim to our bank within 2BANKING days upon the receipt of this message to you to enable us process and release your International Swift ATM Card immediately. Endeavour to forward the above required details immediately to enable us program and dispatch your card without any delay. Your card will come with an already programmed pin; you will be required to change the initial generic pin to any four digit of your choice during your first login at any cash point. All relevant documents are intact.
